Erica & Borja’s Wedding at The Dublin Registry Office

The bride arrives to be married at The Dublin Registry Office

I always really enjoy photographing a wedding at the Dublin registry office because of all the nice backdrops there are for the photographs in the surrounding areas. I had a very nice day with Erica, Borja and their families. I have a favourite route that I like to take couples along after the ceremony. It takes in the banks of the Grand Canal, Georgian Dublin and finally to Merrion Square Park to say hello to Oscar Wilde. It made Erica and Borja feel like they were taking a nice stroll through Dublin after being married and not like they were posing for wedding photographs.I also came up with the idea at this wedding to have the guest stand on the Locks crossing the canal for the group photograph which I thought looked lovely. Here are a selection of images from the day.
