I went with the Tripp family to their local park on one of these fine days we recently had for a family portrait session. I always like to photograph a family in their homes or at their favourite spots rather than against a white studio backdrop. I photograph the children while they are playing so that they do not have to pose and the pictures look much more natural. I have always found that this approach works very well, it makes it easier for families and the portrait session becomes a nice experience.
